Beverage Marketing USA, Inc., Miami, FL, has launched a Swedish-made cholesterol-lowering beer in the U.S. Aventure Functional Beer is created using a patented brewing process developed by researchers at Lund University in Sweden. The brewing process employs oats instead of barley, and uses a special enzyme technology to create a beer containing beta-glucans.
